Good news at last...

or at least much better news. We seem to have gotten Joshua's nausea under control so he is not so miserable and is starting to eat more. As a result, he is sleeping less and having more energy. We have him on two anti-nauseau medications right now and hope to phase out one of those next week. Also, we're still adjusting his pain meds and will try those pain patches again early in the week, although at a much lower dosage. He still sounds very weak and moves pretty slowly. He says his left knee hurts when he walks, but he isn't using the walker anymore. Other than that, he's not in any pain. I'm hoping things will continue to stabilize.
